In the ongoing probe into the gangrape incident in Bengal, two more persons have been arrested. Now, altogether 5 accused are in custody.

Speaking to PTI, police informed, “Two more persons were arrested on Monday (October 13, 2025) in connection with the alleged gang rape of a 23-year-old medical student in West Bengal’s Durgapur, taking the total number of arrests in the case to five.”
